Orders placed in the Akvedukts E-store can be collected free of delivery charge at 11 Akvedukts Customer Service Centres (CSC) across Latvia. If the ordered goods are available at the specified CSC they will be reserved for collection. If the goods are to be collected from a central warehouse, they will be available at the specified CSC within a few days. You can check the availability of each product at a specific CSC by clicking on the "Check store availability" button on the product card or in the "Store availability" information section of the product card.
If the withdrawal of the goods is indicated in the CSC and the payment method is "Bank transfer", the goods can be collected after the invoice has been paid and received in the seller's account, or immediately after the invoice has been received if the payment is made at the Customer Service Centre by payment card or by cash at the cash desk.
If you pay for the goods by direct payment from the Akvedukts E-store, the goods can be collected at the specified CSC when the transaction status is "Processed".
